Venture Capital (VC), where Klint Ventures operates, is usually seen as the stage after angel investors, when a business has passed the first hurdles of development and is ready for real growth and expansion. Klint Ventures typically invests in late seed financing rounds or in A rounds, referred to as early stage VC. However, for Klint Ventures to invest, the business model must be proven; the capital should primarily help driving growth.

Privately held equity financing has been booming the last decade - venture capital and private equity investments combined increased 15x from 2010 to 2020, reaching 200bn USD. The trend is expected to continue - in other words, exciting opportunities will continue to present themselves.

Returns from venture capital investments can be outstanding for investors who know how to truly identify and propel growth.

Klint Ventures is formed by Atlas Capital Group (ACG) and will benefit from the network and skills of the ACG organization. Klint Ventures has its own team managing the company and its investments.

ACG was founded in 2011 by Claës Lundström and Anders Holmgren, both with successful backgrounds as entrepreneurs and investors.

Klint Ventures and ACG work closely with the management teams of the portfolio companies, assuring strategic direction and implementation.

ACG invests in the start-up phase or the early financing phase of a company. Therefore the initial investment is provided by ACG. External investors are invited to invest into the companies once they have matured and have proven to generate net revenue.

Many of the companies Klint Ventures will invest in have already been funded and managed by ACG. ACG’s external network also simplifies prompt support when needed.

Klint Ventures’ idea is to give private and institutional investors the chance to invest and benefit from the upside of successful growth phase companies. The Klint team has a long track record of investing and developing high-potential companies in Europe, North America and Asia.

Klint Ventures invites investors to buy shares in equity rounds. The capital will be used to build a diversified high-potential portfolio.

The management of each company will work together with the Klint team to continuously develop, improve and grow the companies.

The team behind Klint Ventures has already invested more than 5M EUR into the company portfolio.

Capital gains and dividends will in our setup not be subject to withholding tax.

Klint Ventures has thorougly analyzed the route to an IPO in cooperation with legal and financial advisors in Liechtenstein and Switzerland, as well as in dialogue with both SIX and BX Swiss. There are no roadblocks to list Klint Ventures in Switzerland and the listing will take place when the timing is right.
